I have too eat and workout as hard as everyone else and eat tons of more food, imagine eating every two hours and almost throw up in atleast 3-4 of the days meals. It sucks to have high/low metabolism, i just want to be normal :icon_cry2 :D

hey bro im there with ya im a hardgainer extrodinaire, i find the best way to keep it on is just eat and lift whenver you can in every day life, if you want to slow down your metabolism i know when you come off aECA stack is slows your metabolism more so then when you began

You sweat alot to?

My metabolism is also extremely high, and I think its one of the reasons I sweat soooo much.

I hate leaving the house sometimes, cause I know I am going to sweat ALOT. Thank goodness my g/f now understands my problem... :/

Just imagine being single and trying to hook up with someone, but your covered in sweat....

or your'e on a date, and you want to wrap your arm around your woman, but you got huge pit pools....

I could go on and on, but I think you get the point.

Atleast its mega easy to lose or cut weight *sigh*

I sweat alot when i work out but not so much in normal life unless its really hot outside. I don't sweat on my upper body so much, it's mostly my legs. The thing is that it sucks....

A higher metabolism equals a higher potential for increasing muscle mass.

To slow it down (and I really don't recommend doing this, Patrick): eat fewer, larger meals in the day. Eat more carbohydrates and less protein. Combine fats with carbohydrates.

Basically do the opposite of everything you should be doing. No, I don't like this at all.

You're what is called a hard gainer. Don't fight it. You will never win a fight with food.

You should embrace it. You just need to eat a lot more calories than the next guy.

Think of a water bucket with holes on the bottom. Because of your metabolism, you need to pour more water into the bucket than is escaping out the holes in the bottom. In other words, you need to eat more food. But remember all calories are not created equal.

Go to www.skinnyguy.net. I've been going there for years and still love it.

Ight man I have the same exact problem, I took cell-tech for 3 months, took about 2 weight gainer shakes (cyto-gainer) a day (one just before bed) and ate about 4-5 meals a day and it put some weight on me and I havent lost really that much lately, I just stopped doin it cus I cant work for 2 months due to it being an on campus job and schools out. You cant slow it down but u can just keep it busy, never ever be hungry if u can help it

How many people on this thread are asian? i am and i can relate. I used to eat a lot meat and fat to try to gain weight, but I found that eating Vegetables and Carbs are the foods that will help. Im sure most asian guys and girls can relate. I geuss one great thing about it is that asian women always stay petit and tight.

WTF?

Dude, you'll find few more open to the realities of differences between races- both culturally and biologically- than myself, but what the fuck does this have to do with being Asian? They eat a lot of rice, yeah, but Asians in 1st world countries (where food is abundant) have the lowest rates of obesity as anyone.

I'm not offended, I just think this is farsical.

I'm Asian and what you said is pretty stupid. I'm with Madmick. Being Asian doesn't mean a damn thing. I know many fat Asian guys and girls.

Exactly my point. asians in most cases have a high metabolism compared to others. hence they are usually thin.

Eat lots of Ginger throughout the day. It should help your metabolizing of food, and increase your appetite. You need to use the fresh root though, and not the powders stuff from the spice rack. Try a good chuck of it in a juicer or sliced and fried up with stir fry or whatever about three times a day. Make that a daily habit and you should see increased appetite with increased ability to utilize the nutrients in your food.

I know what you mean man. I eat 6 meals a day to maintain my body weight of 180. I'm going to slowly increase my calories as I want to get up to 185.

That's not even what Madmick said. Read what he wrote you idiot. How does having an abundant of food give you a high metabolism?

you cant deny that most asian people find it hard to put on weight whether they live in Asia or not. its a fact. Eggsauce you must be a fat bastard in denial hahahaha
