Not MMA, but Mayweather fits into this category. Completely cool, calm, and calculated inside the ring, but an emotional knucklehead outside of it.

I like watching some of the things he did in the ring, but the guy is so offensively stupid in interviews etc that I honestly can't listen to him speak for more than 30 seconds at a time.

I'd put Artem the opposite way around.
When he fights he looks like a buffoon.
When he talks outside in interviews he comes across as witty, sharp intellect and articulate. I think he has a masters degree in something or other.
