I've been bulking for a little over a year. I started at 175lbs and now I'm at 208. I have a very sensitive stomach that prevents me from taking creatine or protein shake. When I take either of these I can't stop shitting and passing gas to a point where I don't even want to hang out with myself. My diet consists of 5-10 eggs per day, tuna, chicken, salmon, rice, pasta, veggies, and tons of fruit. I've made considerable gains in all my lifts as well.

I was wondering if you guys knew any high cal natural foods I should start eating. I don't eat anything fried, I don't eat dairy, and I don't eat red meat. I heard avocados have about 300 cals per. What else should I throw in?

for a treat - dark chocolate (70%+)... if you go with something really high (say 85% or 99%) the nutritional info isn't terribly different from eating nuts. Good anti-oxidant content and premium dark chocolate generally doesn't have dairy or sugar added.

Seeds could help as well (raw pumpkin seeds are actually pretty good).

Peanuts and peanut butter natural of course and no salt added haha but really calorie dense and provides some EFA's too. Also look into Almond Butter. I can't find it here but maybe you can where you live.

+1 For Oats... make them into a shake .. yumm

Yes, peanuts - but the one drawback of nuts is that while high calorie, they'll stifle your appetite so you won't be as hungry. This might somehow work out to be disadvantageous when trying to eat alot.

If you can handle it palate-wise, the way to go for more cals is olive oil.
Extra virgin has a pile of health benefits, and a tablespoon with every after noon meal will really add up.

Try a few tablespoons of extra-chunky peanut butter. Not only does it taste amazing, but also makes a great snack.

From the sound of your stomach complaints, it sounds like you're not digesting the protein completely (I have the same issue with fats...)

What you might want to try is taking digestive enzymes with your protein shakes, especially pancreatic enzymes. These will help with the gas and shits, as well as the heartburn.

No need to go nuts, I use the cheap stuff and get great results.

Anything that is calorically dense helps. If I were you I'd try to make them nutrient dense as well.
