high altitude training

Hey, besides that place in Big Bear, do you guys know if Tito has a school in Orange County? Make my day please, I would like to train with him

What sea level does a place have to be above to qualify as high altitude training?

High altitude is considered around 2500m (8000 ft). I just wikipedia'd it, so I'm not sure how reliable it is.

Naw man it cant be that high. They all talk about Denver and SLC Utah, that in football and basketball opossing teams have tough times because of altitude and denver is 5000 feet above sea level.

Its not a cheap machine, from what I've seen, but worth the price if you're seriously that hardcore or a professional looking for an edge.

Look up Polynikes on this forum or do a search. He has experience with this machine.
