Has WWE done anything like what UFC did in this event?
Bending over the test results , relocating the events just to make one superstar to show?

I know that WWE valued guys like Austin, Rock, Cena, Brock, and now Roman Reigns too as their top superstars.
Have they ever done anything similar just to save them on a PPV?

Yes. Orton (they even changed the rules -afterwards) and Lesnar (another rule change) come to mind when rules were blatantly broken regarding drug tests. Cena has never popped and he ain’t doing tests. Undertaker has said that he ain’t pissing into a cup EVER. Those are Jones level stars. But one of those level popped for a test, Roman Reigns, the chosen one for the future of WWE. Maybe he was Conor level because the boss absolutely loved him.

BUT I don’t think they ever moved an event from a city. They once got fucked over an arena (the owner told them he’s cancelling because the local basketball team need it) and they went to a new place in the same city and really ripped the owner for doing that shit in a segment on tv. And when shit happens because injury or shit, they usually compensate the fans by UPPING the card in the same place.

So say WWE was UFC, Jones popped or injury then they would keep the place and put Undertaker and the Rock in. Or maybe saying GSP and Conor would be more appropriate.

They did movie WrestleMania from the LA Colluseum, to the LA Sports Arena because of Sgt. Slaughter, because he had the Iraqi sympathiser gimmick, and they felt that the open-air stadium was not as safe as the indoor arena... that's the reason, and not because of the dog shit ticket sales... honest.

That’s true but the city didn’t change for WM.

I think they have once been fucked over majorly by the arena owner and didn’t have a city option.

Cena never failed a test, Austin was never really tested, and The Rock is exempt because he's a part timer now.

The long and short of it is, if you bring a shitload of money in WWE, you're almost untouchable. Case in point, Dave Batista, he was "suspended" for failing a test, but that "suspension" was conveniently enforced while he was out for a few months with a torn tricep.

Yeah I had the feeling that I was wrong about one incident but the circumstances were that Vince got fucked by the arena, couldn’t find an arena in the area and not that somebody popped or got injured. Didn’t I fucking write a post that there might have been a different incident? I’m not Dave Meltzer.

Like a man I can admit an error which I had an instinct about.

@Pliny Pete This is what WWE does.

Not UFC showing the finger to fans in the city because one fucker is a roiding sociopath.

The Lakers shit couldn’t be sorted out because the arena owner showed a finger to Vince and Vince couldn’t find another arena on time for a RAW in the citywhich would infuriate tv and the audience. Nobody was flying in to watch RAW and booking a vacation around it. RAW and SD are local events, you go because you live there. 90% of the Vegas UFC audience doesn’t live in that shithole.

Local audience got fucked by the arena owner.

Wrestlers don’t care because they ain’t cutting weight and a flight to Denver or LA is the same.

It’s pretty general knowledge. There’s a podcast or five about Taker saying he ain’t pissing in a cup. Austin never got tested properly and Cena hahahahah, nope, even when he’s blatantly on HGH also he is on the ‘part time Lesnar’ exception just like Taker.
