Sometimes I still lurk, but not as much as I used to. I gained a lot of weight, about seventy pounds to be exact and don't really train anymore. It's good to see that the tenets we came upon back then are still in effect. And yeah, KK has a kid now and doesn't really hang around here as often.

Carlo Juarez had a run as army combatives champion, also as a soldier and is now a fitness trainer somewhere. Ah, for the balmy times when the Quantum Kick was a thing and the Ninjer Clan ruled the Standup world.

Wooooow. So we all got old and fat? I had a kid too, younger than Sinister's. I'm fixing to gear up again as I need to start getting ready to train the kiddo. She learned to kick before she learned to stand and walk on her own. Priorities!

F11 is kind of boring now. Nobody puts up videos much anymore (except Frode) or posts for that matter. Kind of strange when you think about it since one would assume more people train nowadays than before but who knows?

Sherdog is not longer a board for martial artists. Back in 2000 or so it was almost exclusively martial artists, these days it almost entirely fans.
