Pretty much EVERYONE is ducking Usman at this point, including Masvidal, and Colby "911, I need help" Cannington who both turned the fight down.

Meek is 1 fight into the UFC, and had no issues taking this fight. That's balls right there.

I feel he may be in over his head taking this much of a huge step up in competition all at once, but you gotta respect a fighter who goes hard and throws caution to the wind.

Psyched for this fight, this is the main event as far as I'm concerned ( no disrespect to Choi and Stephens, both hardasses too).

Respect to both of these dudes, may the best man win.

Usman is gnan kill him. Viking DNA is a fake thing the UFC is trying to push

I just see Usman grinding Meek down in this one unfortunately. (Would like to see Meek win)

Meek is getting his chance but Usman is going to add another win to his resùme.

People say that Usman hasn't fight anyone but they fail to mention no one wants to fight Usman. 2 people have to sign the contract not just 1.

Usman will win easily, gunna be an ugly wrestle fuck though.

Meek lost a fight in 2015 I believe to Albert something and he got absolutely rag dolled and smashed by that dude. Respect to him but he has only a punchers chance here.

meek is viking tough and likes to brawl so hes probably gonna be getting some brain damage in this one but i hope he pulls it off

Lest we not forget!

Emil Meek sent a hulking Paul Harris sailing to Valhalla on a burning viking boat! No one wanted any part of that dirty insane steroid caveman. He ain't afraid of anything. Like a true viking! Pillage and conquer or die trying.

Don't sleep on Meek. He aint no slouch. Viking trains like a beast and has legs like tree trunks and can throw down. They have similar records. Can't really say one guys Opponents were any better then the others. They all seem to be cans and no names. No one i ever heard of worth mentioning except Palhares. I think Usman is a bit overrated to be quite honest. The way you guys are talking about him i expected to see a all star lineup of wins on his stats. Was a bunch of dudes i never even heard of?

Emil Meek 9-2-1
7 KO/TKO
1 SUBMISSIONS
1 DECISIONS

Kamaru Usman 11-1-0
6 KO/TKO
1 SUBMISSIONS
4 DECISIONS

Pretty damn good matchmaking to be honest. Should be a solid fight.

WAR CRAZY VIKING.

Meek is gonna catch a vicious beat down for accusing Kamaru of ducking him when Kamaru was chasing the Colby fight.

He is decisionator Jr or Sr whatever so why is it such a big deal to take a fight with him?
The biggest thing is that he is unpopular and nobody can make rank or money fighting him so?
He is ranked 10th which means nobody in the top 10 needs to fight him because no money and no advancement

Otis the security guard was one of the funniest characters on TV. Used to love watching him.
Dragonfly jones was pretty hilarious too, and Jerome.

Been high on Usman since TUF. Glad someone is stepping up. Think this kid will be a contender at the end of 2018.

I agree TS but lets face it when you are a tough fight and haven't built a big name yet of course people aren't going to be rushing to fight you .
the same could be said about Meek though , although taking out Palhares could of given him at least some fan following .
