Heres a George St Pierre fun fact

Lawler is much different animal right now in my opinion. But Prime GSP 50-45 always... :/

fedor

it was never debatable

It's foolish to say he isn't goat of 170 or top five goat of all time, but he was much more exciting in the beginning of his career.

He got smart and came up with a game plan that would never put him in harms way. Nobody could keep up with his wrestling and athleticism. Two major reasons why he was so good.

Not a GOAT.

LOL... What part did GSP himself play in that ?

It was noticed, and the NSAC officials toweled him off the whole rest of the fight.

BJ took his mom with him to the NSAC to cry about it. TO THE DEATH GEORGES.

They found no intentional wrongdoing on behalf of GSP. Which love of your life did he beat ?

You people continue to be the worst segment of mma fans... EVER. And it's not even close.

GSP is the GOAT. With Silva and Jones being caught cheating and Fedor refusing to fight the top dogs there is no other answer.

diaz finished lawler and daley. sucks he under performed in the gsp fight
Love Diaz but he didn't under perform, GSP is just the fuckin' GOAT. No holes in that man's game.

Boy I bet if I could sit with Hendricks away from the spotlight and have a beer....he would confess that he never fully recovered from getting denied his moment by the judges in that gsp fight. Talk about a moment that could have changed his life

Hendricks fight is still one of the biggest robberies in MMA history BTW

It's not even close to one of the biggest robberies. They both won two rounds each. Judges scoring one round wrong is not the biggest robbery of all time. You must be new.

Close, competitive fights can have clear winners and be considered a robbery. Literally every media outlet scored it for Hendricks for a reason. Its a robbery in the same vein of Shogun/Lyoto 1 in that sense in only the batshit crazy GSP/Lyoto fans for the most part had him winning.
Shogun vs Machida 1 was not a robbery either. That fight was much closer then most people say it was. I did have Shogun but it's not that hard to see it scored for Machida.

It was man. You can revise history all u want but its one of the worst decisions ever. The outrage was unprecedented and practically everyone had it Shogoon

- The audience was largely in favor of Machida before the fight. After the decision was announced, the only thing you could hear was boos, boos and more boos.

- Rogan and Goldberg gave the fight to Shogun.

CompuStrike: Rua outlanded Machida 89-50 in Total Strikes landed including 73 Leg Strikes landed. Rua dominated the fight and did just about everything he needed to do to beat the undefeated Machida, including outlanding Machida in every round, but apparently it wasn't enough for the judges.

Mauricio "Shogun" Rua seemed to have done just that at UFC 104 on Saturday night, but the mere fact that UFC light heavyweight champ Lyoto Machida was still conscious at the end was apparently enough for the judges to give him the victory")

Context doesnt seem to matter to Grease Saint Pierre fans.

Bet u havent even seen the Spratt fight lol

Hendricks fight is still one of the biggest robberies in MMA history BTW

No doubt Hendricks won that fight.
Robbery

Hendricks destroyed GSP, GSP run away with a paper belt.

No GOAT would do that.

Another fun fact, MMAmath doesnt work.

It was man. You can revise history all u want but its one of the worst decisions ever. The outrage was unprecedented and practically everyone had it Shogoon
So because an innebriated audience, Joe Rogan and Mike Goldberg the fight was a robbery? It was a close win for Shogun at best because of the 10 point must system. I actually rewatched the fight not that long ago and it was alot closer then I remembered it.
I'll tell you what, if I'm not to tired from work tommorrow I'll rewatch it again and tell you what rounds I think could have gone to Machida.

edit: I did have GSP beating Hendricks 3-2 though. If I remember correctly it comes down to round 1 right? GSP had the takedown, submission atempt and was pushing the action while Hendricks had a couple good elbows.
