Plus IT'S OBVIOUS he's trolling. From the way he talks, the facial expressions etc etc.

On top of that, all of the things he says are actually true. Anderson is done, Nate is a journeyman, Ben is pretty much done and never was in the UFC, Gastelum is actually a WW and Whittaker is actually hurt most of the time. These things are true. Only thing I don't agree on is the Till win, but hey, we'll let that one slide for the sake of entertainment

If you heard the whole thing you would have a better perspective with more details and the tone in which ariel spoke about these events, but you are talking from a short excerpt i transcribed of the whole conversation.

Dude, dude, these are men... fighting men. They don't get angry over what Cejudo said.

They are all saying shit and acting to generate interest. It's entertainment. They're just killing time in between fights.

Ariel Helwani revealed on wednesday that Henry Cejudo was not happy about his picks for fighter and coach of the year awards and disclosed a 6 minute voice message that he left for him. Here's what he had to say:

"Cejudo wasn't very happy. He actually sent me a message and told me that i could say it on the air. Unfortunately i dont have the audio here. It was a 6 minute voice note. First of all voice notes needs to be like at least one minute. I cant listen to 6 minutes. Acceptable is like 15 to 20 seconds. A minute is fine. Six minutes is just ridiculous.

It was 6 minutes of him breaking down all these other guys fights and he said Anderson Silva is washed up. Gastelum is just really a 170 pounder who is moonlighting at 185, which i thought it was interesting since they are boys you know... And then went in on Whitaker, who hasnt fought and is constantly injuried. Totally diminished those fights.

Then he goes to Masvidal and says he knocked out a guy who had just been finished by Tyron Woodley and was damaged goods. Then he beat the overhyped Ben Askren, that really 'who the hell is Ben Askren'. Followed by Nate Diaz, who is a 500 fighter with double digit loses. What was so great about that?

Then Cejudo goes on to say "I beat the greatest BW of all time on EPO and then i beat Marlon Moraes who was on a roll"

I wish i could post Ariels audio, it sounds worse hearing from him, but i transcribed this clip from his wednesday show, which i listen to on spotify. Thats why i cant embed the clip here. But if you are interested, it happens around 8 minutes, right in the start of the show

Cejudo is right. The only reason he is not fighter of the year, is the same reason why Mighty Mouse got no respect - their size. And Cejudos accomplishments last year outshines anything anyone else has done. Both Cejudo and MM should be in the P4P top 10, if not top 5.
I am not a big fan of the smaller weight classes, but that is just the facts.
