News Henry Cejudo CONFIRMS Move To Flyweight

probably another ill advised bluff

That’s a horrible idea unless he’s sauced up and can get that weight off healthily

I actually am one of the few that likes Cejudo. His retirement made sense to him at the time. Then he got cucked by his the GF, so he may be thinking this is the way to go. Last grasp and all that.

Edit*** However he needs to drop that Triple C nonsense.

Moving down a class at 37?

Let's see how this goes <goldie>

It doesn't matter which division he's in, he's getting smoked

I hope he gets starched and on every youtube ko highlight reel.

He gassed in about 2 minutes against Merab and that was before Merab started actually fighting back. Unless he thinks it was the added weight that slowed him down I don't see it ending well

Someone will do to Henry what he did to TJ lol

The man is 38 now, does he not remember how TJ destroyed his body getting down to 125?

Probably the best way to prematurely drop his T levels.
Dude looks like ET on the second Pic.

Cejudo is absolutely tiny for BW. You compare him to guys like Sandhagen or O'Malley, I'm not talking just reach. His mass doesn't tip the scales in his favor especially at smaller weights. It's easier for guys to have scramble cardio at lighterweights and deal with wrestling than it is at heavier weights. Which is why smaller guys like DC do well despite the disadvantage, not only that but speed advantage being smaller framed at HW usually helps as well.

Henry is a smaller dude. He only went to BW for a new challenge and more money. He was comfortable at flw

If he lays off the weights (juice?) and focuses on his cardio he might do OK.

Bad move. Too jacked and old for flyweight imo. Didn't this motherfucker struggle to make weight in the past? Why is he even around? He should stay his ass at flyweight
