According to Dana White, the more impressive winner from the two biggest upcoming welterweight bouts will be facing champion Robbie Lawler in his next fight.

Sure they will unless Kelvin gets a shot with a win which Dana said last week. I don't believe anyone is getting a shot until the fight is signed.

Nobody should ever believe this bald-headed promoter when it comes to title shots in any weight class. Remember how Machida was supposed to get a shot at the lhw title again with a win over Hendo back in 2013, but it did not happen. Rory was just promised a shot by Dana after he beat Tarec- but did not happen. Cub Swanson was supposed to get a second crack at Aldo in 2013, and was told by Dana to wait- and did not happen. There are other instances as well over the last 5 years. No need to go through all of them. Bottom line is nobody should pay attention to Dana when it comes to promised title shots.

It would be pretty funny if Kelvin leapfrogged all four guys by subbing Woodley, which is definitely possible.

What he means is he alone will decide who is worthy and make whatever match he feels like, except if he changes his mind, or lied in the first place, or everybody gets injured or tests +++ for coke, or whatever. The usual.

    reminds me of Shogun/Vera & Lyoto/Bader...

besides, this shouldn't be a discussion. it should be Rory, now def the winner of Lombard/Rory.
