ok so i only have a bar 45 lber with weights and a bench seat at my house

what should my schedule be every day or is it bad to lift everyday?

i dont know how many dead lifts, presses, and squats i should do also any other exercise with it would be good.

read the FAQ thread near the top....there are a few programs u may want to consider...generally dont lift heavy more than 3-4 days aweek, unless u're on some specific program...

The stickies should answer all your questions but more doesn't always mean better when strength training
 
FAQ most definitely...

Only having a bench set is a problem though... Makes squatting pretty difficult.
 
What is your primary language f I may ask??

You'll need a squat cage if you want to be able to do squats safely

15x5 Would be more of a muscle toning program, and you would not inherit much strength from it.

5x5 is the most basic strength builder.

Muscle toning does not exist...but you are right about the 5x5 being good for strength.
