• Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. The admin team will continue to work on existing issues, templates and upgrade all necessary available addons to minimize impact of this new version.

Ok so i weighed myself and i weighed 178 pounds. This was an ALLTIME high for me.
let me better explain. six weeks ago i had healthily cut down to 160. Wrestling starts in January. My goal was to be 155 by then. So i got down to sixty. Then i blew out my knee. Six weeks later here i am, out of shape and overweight. i need a good meal plan to help me out. on monday i started running and lifting again. cross country starts in august and that will help. But i need to get on the ball.
ANY advice would be greeted with utmost thanks
