I'm having issues with performing bent over rows and deadlifts and squats. Is their any exercises i could replace them with? pulldowns to replace the bent over rows. hyperextensions to replace deadlifts and leg presses to replace the squats? I have tryed learning by myself but i really hurt my back trying to do them on monday any advice?
