I plan to work out about 3 times a week. I work out with bent over rows and bench presses and stuff, but I don't know much about how to set up which exercises on what days.
I assumed doing shoulders + arms one day, core the next, and legs the next, was okay. Basically, I have lifted stuff, but I don't know how to make a workout to maximize it.
Right now I'm in kickboxing, so I want explosiveness too. Right now I'm trying heavy weights, few reps for that.
