I'm currently trying to lost weight and gain muscle. My goals are to cut from 205 to 185-190 in anywhere from 1-3 months. I think I can cut the weight EASY by just eating right, I don't eat very healthy (lots of sugar). I'm also looking to increase my strength on the major lifts (Cleans, Bench, Squat). I'm also looking to increase my 40 time for football but that will definitely go up with my leg strength.
Anyway what is boils down to is what should I do to help me get there. Right now I'm talking nothing but whey protein. My questions are:
Should I also use other proteins or is just whey fine?
Should I use creatine? I understand that "It just puts water in your muscles crap".
Does Nitric Oxide work?
I have good flexibility right now, will bulking up effect it much if I continue to stretch?
What supplements are out there for joint support? My knees don't always feel very strong.
What are the best places to get any of this? GNC with the gold card isn't that bad. Also, could you include what brands of these supplements you recommend.
