Ok here it is, my brother is nineteen years old, I asked him to come to the gym with me because he doesn't do shit and is real skinny. Well I got him coming with me like 2-3 times a week right now and I am working him out hard. Here is the problem, I think he has like a mental blockage with food or some problem similar like that. I am not kidding he only eats like five things here is the list its horrible; Burger King chicken tenders and fries, hersheys chocolate bars, lays potato chips, bread, and french fries. Sometimes he eats dominoes pizza but if its slightly burned or looks strange he wont eat it. He eats no fruits, no vegetables, no real prtoteins (chickent tenders is his). I have tried to make him eat different things and he puts it in his mouth says it tastes like shit and throws it out. This is crazy because im concerned for his health long term and his social status, you know how dumb he looks when we go out to eat as a family or something and he orders french fries only, not only that but he orders one eats it and then orders another order because he cant eat it cold. I know what the first reaction is, beat his ass, yeah ive tried beating stuff into him but he is hard headed like me, I did searches for this type of stuff online and get nothing? Anybody have any solution or has had a similar problem, not only that but you would think he would be a fat ass by now eating like that but he is normal to skinny making it all the worse because he doesn't see his outside as unhealthy.
