Someone told me that I need ot keep a Sleep/food/Exercise journal. Can someone explain this to me and maybe help me out for this

this is what I do I have it stored on my computer so I can access it anytimeBoxingFanNoMore said:Just make a custom spreadsheet, you can keep track of anything you want, they are easy, fast, and powerful.
When you start getting a hang of it, make it more complex so you can view graphs, of weight change, strength improvements, body fat %. Pretty much anything you keep track of.
Also, you can add all your food into a sheet(or even a database) and then just type in a number for a certain meal and you will have all the nutrional data you have already added for that meal. Makes things easier when changing diets.
