Help with Diet Please

I dont know if this is in the sticky or whatever, but I was hoping you guys could give me some help. I am 18 and I have decided to get into MMA, starting tomorrow with thai kickboxing every monday, wednesday, friday and BJJ every tuesday, thursday, saturday....with me joining a university wrestling team for practise every wednesday, along with this cardio and weight lifting pretty well every day. I was hoping I could get some help with my diet, because I am a former high school O-lineman(lost D-1 scholarships with injury) and I am 6'4" and at the moment weigh about 315 lbs.

I was wondering if you could help me, because I am hoping to gradually get down to the sub 265 weight limit comfortably, So if someone could help me out with any diet tips, or what I should do maybe low-cal high protein? I don't know any help would be much appreciated.

read the stickies, you need to eat clean, and with that kind of activity you should be able to do it.
