help with BJJ exercises/flexibility around NECK area

    so we are doing our drilling and exercise part of the class in the beginning
    and this purple belt does this thing where u breakfall, and keep in position like on the back of ur neck and shoulders, and walk ur legs around ur body (your head acts as the middle, and ur feed go around it) in like clockwise position till u get back to starting position

    i cant do it cuz idk,
    any tips on how to do it?

    it is similar liek that, but instead of resting on your forehead, you are on the back of ur neck and shoulders , so ur face is in ur chest or stomach

    Can you throw your feet over you shoulders and place your knees on the ground.....if you can't due having no neck or a short neck then forget about doing this move.
