help with a routine XD

Hey all, well rugby season starts in 3 weeks and i was wondering if any of you people on here can help me on a solid routine that i can do prior and all through rugby season, manily working on cardio and stengh, more core exercies but some other free weights ones too working on all the main body parts thanks guys..
 
Read the stickies in the S&P section and in the stickies in here (conditioning section).
 
This is gonna sound strange but...check at bodybuilding.com. They have a lot of good articles kicking around about Rugby conditioning and even some lifting routines.

Which position are you gonna play?

Work on sprints and explosive lifts for rugby. I've always admired rugby players I think they're a good blend of power/endurance athletes.
