Any diet help/tips to get me down to 190-200lbs by November 22nd?

I am 5'10" and 225lbs and i want to walk around at 195-200lbs by November 22nd because i have to go through a 3 month program of pure hell. I would like any help to get that weight within a month.

My day usually consists of:
30 minutes of standup conditioning
60 minutes of boxing sparring/padwork
30 minutes of Grappling conditioning
60-90 minutes of grapping technique/jiu jitsu

based on these numbers what do you think should be the estimated max calorie intake to acheive my goal? Thanks in advance

Your goal is unrealistic and unhealthy. A much better goal would be to lose 15 lbs or appx 2 lbs a week in that amount of time.

if i could get down to 207 that would be good. i was thinking that it was unsafe. thanks for your input though

If your losing weight for MEPS you should know if your overweight they will tape you for body fat. If your mostly muscle you will be fine. Also I would not recommend losing alot of weight before BCT, I was 5'9 176 of muscle and went down to 150 by graduation. Good luck, where are headed for training?

Thanks bro. They got me at Fort Leonard Wood. Im going for 74 Delta (CBRN Specialist). my recruiter says they have the most spare time off base so i plan on using that to get somewhere with my BJJ. I wanna get stationed in Ft. Carson (Grudge Training Center in Denver) or Leonard Wood (H.I.T Squad and 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu in Springfield). any extra info about being stationed?

Actually, I'm also a 74D Chem Ops Specialist, I went to basic at Fort Knox and AIT at FLW. As far as training goes, once you get into the flow of BCT everything is fine, you get in great shape and meet some good people, and some not so good people. The only thing I can really say is when you're at AIT dont drink, and just do what you're supposed to, and you'll be fine. There's a gym right near the barracks at FLW, I found alot of people to roll with on the mats there, as the Marines, Air Force, and Navy also train at the base. I'm not really sure about gyms in the area, the base is better known as Fort " Lost in the woods" for a reason!
