HELP - Obnoxious or Unreasonable Requests or Favors by Friends and How to Say No

I once let a good friend and a traveling buddy of his stay at my place for like two weeks. I came home from work one day to find the traveling buddy naked in my living room, watching porn. But that is not what freaked me out the most. He had a glass of milk and oreos on his stomach.

So you're saying every cloud has a silver lining?

LOL. THAT thought never crossed my mind.

Where in Ed is this tourney going on ts?

I don't have any idea. I don't know anything about my buddy's paintball hobby, other than that he plays the "speedball" variety as opposed to the type where they're out in a forest. Although the fact that they're doing it in January, especially after the weather we've had the last two days probably made that obvious, lol.

Why do you ask?

Just curious as I also live in Edmonton and was wondering if it was inside or outside the city. This winter has been weird eh it just goes from mild to freezing so quick.

For a friend of 20 years, I say put up with it for the weekend. In two days it will be over and you'll be glad you didn't say no.

Friends ARE family. You make that choice. So good or bad, you have them and the baggage they cone with. TS sounds like he lacks strength by letting his woman dictate this situation. Its YOUR friend. Better fucking believe if the tables were turned and it was her friend they would all be there right now

Ridiculous! If it was an emergency or some other extenuating circumstance sure suck it up and help your buddy out and his friends out. Just to save these strangers some money on a hotel room.......uhm no. I'm guessing most people that have a problem with TS saying no are just not at the same point in life.

Maybe he was just throwing it out there; if you said yes, cool, if you said no, no big deal. The assumption here seems to be that he expected you to say yes, and would be mad if you turned him down; that might not have even been the case. He sounds like an easy going guy. No need to be dramatic and make a big deal out of it.
