Luckily Carot top found me some plasmavol - cell plasma is forced to "volumize," http://www.sportlabsales.com/seriousaboutperformance/plasmavol_system.html

"Although good muscle gains can be achieved while using any of the PlasmaVol components separately, it is strongly suggested that the above stack schedule be followed if extreme results are desired. When the PlasmaVol Muscularity System is used as suggested, gains of 10-20 pounds within the first month of use are not uncommon. For mind-blowing pumps, NitroVol can also be added into the stack."

So whos with me! Hardgainers rejoice. Lets all laugh at all those steriod users who only gain 1-5 pounds in a month.

So what are all your thoughts on MAXIMIZING your blood plasma?

I have a friend that donates plasma every month or so, he is gonna flip when he finds out that the lack of plasma is why he is fat and non-ripped.

After gaining 20 pounds a month, you too can be as skinny as the guy in that picture.

If you want to volumise your blood plasma just go read the 'squats = awesome ass' thread.

Kinda like blood doping. If the pill actually works, it could potentially increase the potency of oxygen transport to your muscles....The same idea as training at higher altitudes for sea level comps..carrot top sucks though....

sweet....this shit is gonna take me to the top.....:::orders 100 of them:::: andy bolton who?

Andy Bolton? Isnt he that fat dude? What does he know about lifting, he isnt ripped and doesnt have a tan.

He is probably one of those fat loser powerlifter types that don't even know how to use a curl machine.
Yeah, I saw him lift like loads of weight but he was using really poor form and you could see he was using his back instead of his biceps.

Was that the video of him where you could see he was trying to do a row, but he like stood up, geez what a loser.

On a side note I demonstrated a few lifting moves for a friend who was interested yesterday. He told me deadlifts would give me arthritis. Along with the usual 'Its not healthy to lift that amount of weight'. However, he seemed incredibly excited that I could curl more than he weighs. Never mentioned anything about how curls could be unhealthy or bad for me, just everything else I did was clearly bad for me.
WTF is a row? Do you mean, like, one of those rowing machines? Dude, they suck for pumping teh gunz.

Nah, he means like doing a load of exercises in a row, you know giant sets, that's where you do fifteen types of curls one after the other without a break to really feel the burn.

theres some sinister weight lifting going on in that vid.... i don't trust that guy at all...
