So I've put in three solid years of training....And next month I am going to ref in a tournament...Now, I know the rules pretty well due to fighting in tournaments, and they also have their own modifications of rules, but I want to go in there REALLY knowing what I'm doing, so does anyone have a link to a video or article to help explain things? I mean, I think if i did it right now i'd be okay, but I want to make sure i have everything PERFECT, so any resources would help. Also, this is a no go tourney....since no go rules are a bit different...they're using a slightly modified version of IBJJF rules... thanks in advance for any help! Oss!
If it's IBJJF rules just go onto their website and take a look at the rulebook. Most things are pretty obvious, but it might do you good to just revise the little odd things that would catch you out normally.
