then martial arts...

My martial arts part in life is on hold for now.. I dont have any fights coming up.. I lost my gym. So i only train 2 times a week with sparring partners..

Martial arts have been a big part of my life for many many years. So i need something to keep me going out this year, and into january..

Please help me.

any suggestions would be appreciated. :cool:
 
If you have a gf/wife I'd suggest you just spend extra time with her and let your body heal.
 
I thought this was gonna be one of those bleeding heart "my gf just dumped me, now i hate everything in life" threads.
 
Sucks man, really does. If you've got slopes in Norway hit them hard and go fast. That's what I would do.
 
Start doing drugs, get addicted and then quit. You'll feel invincible and find yourself suddenly flush with time and money.
 
Nude Women are always a good replacement for anything.

I am not familiar with any manga series. Just some hentai vids when I was beginning to get into pron as a young teen.
 
For physical activity, like others have suggested, go skiing or snowboarding and just enjoy yourself out on the slopes. Even going by yourself to me is a great time, gives a person a little alone time to think about stuff while you are shredding the powder.

For other things to do maybe try cooking different meals and trying new things, if you don't already do a lot of that. Start making home brew, if you are into beer at all, or wine.
