Help identifying this training equipment

I have seen this particular piece of equipment being used in a couple of videos online and recently it popped up again in the Anderson/Bisping coutdown.

Does anybody know the name or even where to get one?

The price for that thing is ridiculous. Made a replica out of scrap conduit, bushings, and a foam noodle. The experience is novelty at best haha.

You would think somebody who is interested in getting one has access to a punch bag... Which I do.

I just liked the idea of getting some minimalist training equipment as I'm moving to a bigger apartment.

So far its a toss up between a spar bar, speed bag or striking dummy.

It is but it doesn't stop me from wanting one. I do honk he price is ridiculous. If you can pm me your plans for the sparbar, I would greatly appreciate it.
