I'm so tired of crossfit threads. Look buddy, crossfit isn't designed to give you power, it isn't even designed to give you endurance... it isn't even really designed. It makes you sort of good at a number of things and really good at crossfit. If you want strength and power, read the FAQ and get a real routine. You CAN still use WODs as conditioning 2-3 times a week on non-lifting days, but DON'T consider them a strength workout.
Or I suppose if you want to continue doing crossfit (for whatever reason) you could just use heavier weights.
