Help for a clueless big guy

    I've recently cleaned up my act and have been trying to burn fat while maintaining my muscle. If there's one thing I'm clueless about in regards to training, it's diet and supplements. I'm 6'3, 310lbs with broad shoulders and was wondering what the best diet would be for me and what supplements might help me. Thanks for any suggestions. :D

    Just eat healthy is all that needs to be said. The rest is in the stickies/other posts.
  3. protien. answer to any question. i wouldnt use any fatburners cuz they will more than likely make you lose strength. seein as ur new to it, just go with a good diet. and a colonic (thats not a joke)
  4. no supps will really help you lose weight and retain strength. when u get to your desired weight, and you are comfortable with your training and diet, then you should start thinkin about supps. i didnt do that, and since i was new at this whole thing a cpl years ago, i wasted countless time and money.
