I've recently cleaned up my act and have been trying to burn fat while maintaining my muscle. If there's one thing I'm clueless about in regards to training, it's diet and supplements. I'm 6'3, 310lbs with broad shoulders and was wondering what the best diet would be for me and what supplements might help me. Thanks for any suggestions.
