I am just curious what is the structure of your bodies. I read this and that if you guys(me included) eat so healthy what is your out-come or where is it taking you?
I am 6'3" 250 19% to 22% (per cali) I feel fatter and think I look it but I am down from 264 a few weeks ago.
Also what would some of the more exp. people say the ideal combo be for different heights?
