Heel Hook in practise/sparring

I use it all the time. But I'm very careful when I apply this... I increase the pressure little by little... so I guess it helps me even more cause the other guy have chance to break the grip and get out of it, so I really need to have a very tight position. But one time one bastard just twisted mine and hurt my knee which still hurts.

Forbidden by the trainers because too many new guys who would it apply it too fast. I have no problem using it/getting caught with it if my knee isnt broke afterwards.

I use it all the time, its a move which newbies are discouraged from using and I generally lock my opponent into position and then expect them to tap as soon as they realise they're stuck, cranking would prove nothing except that the human knee is not designed to take much torque.

Millions of threads on this subject. You could do a search first.

I'm sure there is, and if you can find one for me I sure would appreciate it, cause I sure as hell can't ;)
