iv never seen hector that timid. he was standing in place for the whole fight. if hendo didnt rush in after the first overhand im not sure hector would have had any success

I think he gassed honestly. How an Olympic level judoka who trains at ATT couldn't pass Hendos guard is a mystery to me. As a huge Hendo fan not too mad he did!

He had Hendo hurt, but 2 seconds earlier, he was hit with a left-kick H-bomb special (it's like the boot to the gut and the Stunner). I've rewatched the fight (thrice). Lombard was hurt from that shot.

Still, he should've been on a mission to touch that chin once he had Hendo hurt.
