Chris Barnett. He's a short, fat heavyweight who throws taekwondo kicks regularly. He isn't great but it would be an entertaining run.
He is fighting his first half-way decent opponent in years at the end of the month in Brett Martin (9-1). I'd imagine the UFC is at least aware of that fight.
