baatar - I find the easiest and most effective way of not getting bored and having a good solid training/workout is circuit training. I set a timer for 3 min. rounds with 30 sec. breaks and start each round with either 1 or 2 things I want to work on for that round and then move on. For example: 1st round - work jab and practice footwork moving sideways and back working angles 2nd round - add cross to the jab and work a 1-2 combo, at 1.5 min. if you're bored add a left hook right uppercut to the end 3rd round - work leg kicks and the 1-2-leg kick combo 4th round - .... 5th .... you get the idea Also, at the end I always take 1 or 2 rounds to "spar" with the bag and put everything together. I'm sure everyone has their own ways of being creative but when I am out of new ideas I always fall back on this approach and it's always a good workout.
