Heavy bag stand that is durable

So my parents changed and upgraded the veranda, where my heavy bag was set up. The problem is though it may look nicer it isn't as stable or as quiet as the old one. Does anyone have a DIY or recommended heavy bag stand that is stable enough to take 100% kicks and punches? It would really be helpful because my old set up was able to with ease but this new one sounds like the roof will come down and wake up the entire street. I've checked YouTube and they seem to be pretty flimsy if you were to go hard.
