Heavy bag gloves???

do you suggest I get 12 or ones that weigh more? Will it make me any slower/worse at sparring if I use heavier weighted gloves?

Mostly everbody reccomends 16 oz. for Sparring Gloves, I went with the 14 oz. because I am very light, 120-125 pounds is my walking around weight.

My cousin is around 180 and he loves the 16 oz. Twins.

I use 10oz fairtex gloves for bag and pads, cannot recommend fairtex enough once you have worn them in a bit they feel fantastic
