Heated Argument Between Hosts of first take on MacVsMay

Max lost all credibility to me when he said there was nothing wrong with Durant going to the warriors. He's an old school NBA guy, and doesn't even believe that BS. He's just trying to cater to this new generation of NBA fans that love super teams, and bandwagon jump to any team that's winning.

There's nothing wrong with it, not like anyone on the team took a massive pay cut to make that team happen. Players association asked for salary cap to be increased with no gradual incline, just all at once. They knew this could happen

No one was arguing the legality of KD's pussy move. I'm talking about bastardizing the sport by joining a historically great team that he was 1 game away from beating last season. It was literally like Karl Malone joining the MJ Bulls.

I hate that unauthentic argument about the Lakers and the Celtics. Hat team didn't have 5 hall of famers in their absolute primes, and a few of those hall of famers were hall of famers as being very good role players that won a lot of titles.

The warriors were already a historically great championship caliber team that won 73 games for God's sake. Not to mention with the greatest shooting back court of all time, and a legit MVP caliber player. They added the #2 player in the entire NBA. It literally is like adding Karl Malone to the MJ bulls.

Oh, you're still mad you got schooled in whatever Conor thread I schooled your dumbass in. Yeah, by the NBA rules, nothing was wrong with his decision, but in the spirit of competition, he basically stacked the decks entirely in his favor to win a cheap ass ring. It was basically impossible for him to not win a ring. That's the problem with today's NBA fans. It's win a ring by any means necessary, even if the spirit of competition is completely gone. Players used to ring chase in the twilight of their careers. Not in the absolute primes. KD did a Gary Payton/Karl Malone joining the Lakers move, except he's 28 years old, and has way less milage than those guys.
