Can’t hate on this fight. Smith Jr deserves one big - winnable - payday at the Garden in front of his fans. Jacobs being a Brooklyn guy means the fight would sell big locally. Smith Jr sleeps him though. Jacobs is susceptible and Not a proven puncher at at the weight. But the Smiths next fight better be Beterbiev.

Nah it's out there and it would probably do decent in NYC. Not sure Danny really wants to fight anymore but for the right amount of money he probably would. He's not even training hard right now. Just basically staying in shape.

You'd get a good version of what he has left because he certainly doesn't want to go out by getting ko'd in NY. That said his heart isn't in boxing anymore. He made a ton of money and got out completely unscathed. He still likes going to fights though. Mostly hangs out with his son
