At what point do you stop blaming a camp and a coach and put the blame on the fighter just being garbage? Can we really blame Edmond? Of course he is not a good coach, we all know this but Ronda is just garbage and she would be no matter who her coach is.

It's both... a fighter than can't accept the truth and a sub-par coach that can't give 100% because of a fighter like Ronda that won't listen because she believes all the bullshit hype.

Regardless it is at least partially her fault for not switching to a different coach/camp once it became obvious how incompetent hers were. Not like this is new news. She's just mentally weak and doesn't want to work with people who push her out of her comfort zone (judo) and work on new skills, which is why she hasn't improved and fights almost exactly the same now as before she even got to the ufc and the rest of the division has improved and pass her by. When you only have one gameplan all her opponents have to do is spend their camp learning how to defend a hip throw and an armbar.

you dont achieve what Ronda has by being garbage.... she needed proper guidance. Not a boxing coach, and a shit one at that

Yea, she was a combination of the other women fearing her and some ok grappling skills along with confidence. She hasn't evolved at all and everyone has easily passed her by. She should go to WWE lol
