After class is ok sometimes. After few minutes, I haven't heard so far. Why not check with your doctor.

Yeah i made an apt with my doctor, also because I have a few other injuries.
And it's at the begining of the class, i'll spend about 15 minutes on the bag after a warmup.
Another note I forgot to mention is that it kicks in when i start going for maximum power.
And too the dehydration posts.. I always drink water during training but not always throughout the day before. I'll try that next time and keep you posted
