    ..and he's fighting this Saturday.
And gets a salary of an average UFC champion.

And he's 2-1 in his last 3 fights.

    UPDATE: 3-1 :)

was one of my favorite HWs when I first got into MMA. Always enjoy watching Arlovski fight.

I liked him when he was younger. I don't really like watching over the hill fighters. He's shot. The dog looks in his prime though.

    He's doing well, I say.

I think it was Bad Boy before that too.

Someone needs to tell these guys that you don’t HAVE to have a nickname.

Sometimes something sticks and it’s great, like Rampage or Wonderboy. On the other hand, if you’re Rory McDonald, just let it go.

I like and respect Arlovski, but he's simply not the same or as exciting of a fighter. He's smarter, more cautious, and objectively more boring. Which, at this stage of his career, good for him. I'm fine with him fighting frequently and collecting those big bucks: he deserves it. But he's simply no longer interesting or a threat in HW.

My favorite time was a tiny bit after that, when Anderson and Georges took the reigns, when BJ peaked, and when HW started to have champs who looked like athletes as opposed to Tim Sylvia. And shortly thereafter we got to see most of the pride crossover we’d hoped for.

But there’s a great case for the era you referenced as well.

Agree. I have very little interest in watching old HWs and LHWs play out the string. Agree that I don’t blame them at all for doing it, it’s their career. But I have zero interest in finding out once and for all if Shogun can beat Paul Craig.

I always thought he relied on his boxing too much. Mixing in some high kicks sure wouldnt hurt. It sure helped Vitor.

Check his record, he never had a chin to begin with.
All his career achievements he gained without an ability to take a significant punch
