He thought he was slick, but he wasn't slick

I've had guys try that same BS on me in a few fights I've been in. It never ended well. They're trying to be cute and I'm coming at them with death on my eyes

People try to do that shit in fights for real

Lil bitch got what he deserved. Old dude got hands!

Satisfying as fuck, the winner had some decent hands on him once he started bombing on him.

I fought a friend (not a particularly close one) in a back yard boxing match in college and he was doing those really exaggerated dodges where he moved his whole body from the hips way to the side.

Admittedly first round I struggled. He was bullrushing forward with his head down and then doing those slips when he got tired and I got to go on offense. He was a meat head who loved getting in bar fights and he was very aggressive. "Best defense is more offense" type mentality.

Second round I adjusted and instead of throwing straight punches on the center line I would do a jab or a feint and then aim way wide and finally I caught him clean where he dipped right into a heavy wide hook. I think he actually added a lot of force to the impact because he jerked his bodyweight into the shot.

(It was a very weird adjustment to make, I had sparred a bit at that point but any trained fighter would never move so drastically wide, so I had to aim for where he was going and basically throw shots at or even a smidge wide of the shoulder)

Dude rung my bell a few times in the first round though. Pissed me off that he was connecting even though he was basically punching with his head down. (I evaded and blocked a lot but the ones that got thru had some pop on them.)

old guy has at least 1 (probably 2-5 ) years of good box training. :-D (no untrained throws such kind of straights and i have expirienced a lot of guys in the last 10 years 3x time a week sparring (edit: a lot of wannabe boxers, all young -16-32-, most of them trained fitness, some of them ->KB, karate, MT etc) etc and so on -but no one throwed ever like him in the vid).

Watch how he ducks the hook. at least 3 years.

Dude in black well trained. Lacing a guy upwards and away like that is no easy feat.

Dude in white forgot that you need to throw back as well.

Great title TS.

Love the slo mo.

Dude had nice boxing. Kept his punches compact and ducked in a way that shows he saw that shot coming.

Getting humiliated in public is so much worse in the age of the cell phone than it was when I was growing up.
