Does anyone know how HCK belt sizes compare to waist size?

it depends if you like yours long or short. i am between 34-35 inch waist i wear a size 5. it fits well even after washing and drying it

I have a 5 its perfect not too short and not too long

Im a 33 inch waist I'm sure it would fit soemone between 32-35
