I like Ortiz confidence, but if I had to point at a fight and say.. that guy.. let May shine on that guy.. it would be him. But, he seems genuinely confident.. so Im looking forward to seeing him try
 
I truly respect Ortiz's confidence...he does seem like he really believes he can pull this off...

all the power to him...but he has his work cut for him because he's facing one of the best boxers of all time.

I think I will go with Vic @+600, it's a fair line for the amount of risk taken

Mayweather isn't getting younger, Vic has been broken by Maidana and rebuilt at a young age + southpaw, ok speed possibly improved. His biggest asset is his youth right now, he can still learn things and get better.
 
Is Mayweather counting the first Castillo fight with the 41? Cause that one was pretty arguable.

love ortiz's attitude since coming back, seems like he is much more focused. not sure if he has what it takes to beat floyd but i'm hoping he puts up a good fight.
 
I like this fight, I think Ortiz can make it competitive for a bit but Mayweather will win, as always. But with Mayweather's layoff and Ortiz's confidence it gives you just enough hesitation to not put all your money on Mayweather and that makes it worth the PPV buy.
 
Ortiz redeemed himself (from the Maidana fight) with his win over Berto,he looks confident and will come to fight. Mayweather put 41 strategically selected opponents in front of himself and controversially won two of those fights, he'll come to run and potshot....that is all.
 
i really want to back ortiz on this one, but being from oxnard and having some crew from the east side, i just can't do it! dude ranked it and took off to the avenue!

floyd looks alittle timid and passive to me. he's usually ****y, confident and talks alot of shit. everytime he made eye contact he looked down after. his body language is speaking louder than he is
