As far as I heard, Mr. LeBell seems to be a compulsive liar and an overall untrustworthy guy. Now, I don't know him personally and it's only hearsay, so take it with a grain of salt. But I heard enough to stay clear of anything that has his name on it.

I'm not sure about the events, but I've trained at a hayastan grappling academy here in Vegas. Its run by Gokor Ambaryan, a black belt under the original Gokor, and his grappling is as legit as they come. It's a really well rounded game. Judo, solid BJJ, and leg locks. Definitely worth checking out.
