The problem is complicated by the potential of a potent and potentially deadly mix of water and magma that could spew out gases and ballistic rocks that can have up to the weight of 8 Ford F150 pickups. These gases could be highly toxic and travel up to 45,000 feet in the air and cover hundreds of miles. Volcanologists are trying to the best of their abilities figure out the scope of the damage area that could happen and what action needs to be taken currently to address the problems already happening and future problems.

This could get real really fast apparently and there is growing evidence of a much larger eruption in the works.

When Mt St Helens erupted the ash in the air cooled the earth for a while or some shit
Take that global warming!!!

Thanks climate change /shitpost

I really hope it doesn't go Mount St. Helens. I pray the people are able to remain safe and their stuff is ok.

How is it looking on the ground @Cubo de Sangre ?

Hopefully he is taking the proper precautions because this is very serious problem and hopefully he is ready to move if the situation calls for it. Because I don't think they have a handle on the time this situation goes really bad.

He lives on that side of the island to. Its not that close to the volcano but he is not far either. I visited him in February while in Hawaii for business. And while I do not have a good handle on the geography he is close enough to be in the danger zone if it erupts big

Why doesn’t a Hawaiian judge just order the volcano to stop?

I am sure the radios on the ground are keeping people properly informed but some of the video of people talking on the ground they really don't sound like they are taking this situation as seriously as they should. The way the Volcano experts are talking they thought the situation would have stabilized a bit more then it has at this time. They say they have detected additional fissures and this is what really has them concerned.

16 total fissures have been discovered.

Have they tried throwing a few virgins in? I'm sure they could find some in the Heavies.

A portion of the world was engulfed in darkness. I have a feeling me and you would become beautiful and timeless friends in such a scenario Mr Judge...
