Because you were so invested in a fight that didn't go your way?

I was pretty pissed off about the Diaz/Condit fight for a number of reasons.

I went on a huge streak of fights where my favourite fighter, or the guy I was behind entirely would lose. It was so frustrating to be watching all the guys I like the most lose constantly.

After Brock beat Randy I almost did. But then I dug deep, and knew Brock would get his. Two years later and you couldn't wipe the shit eating grin off my face:

"Invested" in a fight? Your favorite fighter lost so your feelings were hurt? And you didn't have the strength to watch MMA for weeks or months? Because you were emotionally damaged?

The other girls on the playground will understand, talk to them.

    This.

It's a fight, a competition, if you care so much about a guy not losing without being personally involved it's clearly a much needed outlet for you or something.

I've been bumped out for a couple of days if a judging decision goes horribly wrong, only bc its like why do we watch this and root for someone only to be robbed b/c of 2 or 3 guys incompetence or hidden agenda?
I get over it and just realize its unfortunately part of the game...just like a guy getting beatdown. No one can last forever...
