I want to do this gradually not suddenly dehydrate myself. I am not eating red meat, no bread or dairy. All organic food. No soda. No sugar. Thats right now though. Could someone recomend their method. I weigh 154 currently. I also am all for upping time I do cardio.

why do you need to loose weight, also i would eat the red meat like steak and thats it, get your protein from that. but every thing else seems ok. but make sure you have enough protein because if you do alot of cardio, you won't have that much muscle mass.

Was that a typo or is it really only five pounds in two months that you need to get rid of? Unless you're the leanest man alive, you shouldn't even have to break a sweat doing this. As you said, just up your cardio time by, say, 16 seconds a day.

Clean diet and cardio, 5 days a week, 30 min a day. Works for me. Also, drink lots of water.

Suddenly dehydrating yourself 5 lbs. lighter isn't gonna kill you. I usually wake up in the morning AT LEAST 5 lbs. lighter..

When I was a sophmore in highschool I weighed 130, cut down to the 112 weight class, and got down to 106 trying to go for the 103 weight class. Had one of those electrical test things done saying that I had 103.9 pounds of muscle and bone, and just said screw it.

  17. Well I lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks, sitting on my ass and doing no exercice, so it should not be that hard.

5'11 154 pounds? Man you must be a stick. Do you really need to lose any more weight? But then again 5 pounds is nothing.

Cutting bread totally drops the weight for me. Good luck.
