Have i plateaued?

For the past two weeks my squats have lowered by quite a bit. Two weeks ago i was squating 295 easily, but by each work out i was doing less and less. Yesterday i barely did 275. I have been eating more this past two weeks and when i was doing more weight i was cutting weight. My sleep is around 8-9 hours a day.

I am doing the starting strength program
 
what program are you on

Deload 20-40% and then work your way back up.

Or take a break to let your muscles recoop, you just might be overtrained.
