There is something inherently hardwired into most men to appreciate or at least respect fighting.

The UFC, despite the clown circus that some fighters have attempted to make it, is still the premier fighting organization in the United States, and probably the world.

Lots of men grab a beer or a bit of the Devils lettuce to tune into something that helps them escape from women and the all the voices that attempt to tell men not to be men.

Now, when they do so with the UFC, instead of seeing two men battle it out, it is sometimes two women throwing punches that most of us wouldn’t have been hurt by after our balls dropped.

The point being, women and some soy boy liberals have done everything they can to take away and spaces where men feel free to be away from bitches and just be raw savages.

Now, they have invaded even fighting.

For me, I get less enjoyment out of watching a card with simply less dangerous women and feel like it weakens the brands image.

TS: Women competing in MMA shouldn't ruin your enjoyment of the sport. I sort of agree that a lot of female fighters are not up to the level of the male divisions. However, its not because they are women, its the fact that WMMA is still very young by comparison. There are female fighters out there that put out very exciting fights and I just don't see how it invades your manhood or any other man for that matter. If you don't like WMMA (which is your right to not like it), go take a break while that fight is on and wait for the men to come back out.

The reason why people are pissed at you is because of your "macho" attitude and how you expressed your feelings on the subject. Very hateful, mean and wrong to put down the women who compete in this sport simply because you don't find it entertaining and look to MMA as an "escape" from women. If you go back and read your original post, you will see how contentious it really is.

I’m going to give you the same benefit of the doubt I give other posters when they seem to post in good faith.

I’m not women bashing.

But men and women are different.

Women fighting doesn’t hurt my masculinity. But if a guy enjoys watching women fight more than men I’d question his.

I like watching men fight cause I know they’d win in a fight against me.

Why would I enjoy watching women fight when I could destroy them in an actual fight? It’s comparable to watching teenagers fight. I’m simply not interested.

Maybe you are a small guy and these women scare you? If so, I get it. But I like watching tough guys fight that I wouldn’t want to fight myself. That’s what helps make it so fascinating.
